Staff was very nice and helpful, explained everything thoroughly. Shared bathroom was very clean

A little confusing when we entered, Have to go up to the 1st floor to check in, but staff was quick to find us

Clean comfortable room. Shared bathroom also clean. Kettle in room. No AC but fan, which helped on exceptionally hot night. Very friendly receptionist with great information on local restaurants, Camino starting point, and waterfall along the way.

It’s basic place with shared facilities so not luxury but very good for what it is.

This was a spectacular place to stay in Pontevedra for two nights whilst walking the Camino and having a rest day - I wish I could have stayed much longer. The staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful and welcoming. They really made the stay what it was. The room I had was just perfect, comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming. There were separate locked corridors with two shower rooms for the one corridor and some of the rooms were en suite so didn't need to utilise these bathrooms. I could have stayed here a week or two or more. Pontevedra is a beautiful town with much to see and many places to explore.

Call for a room with a dog and arriving to the pension after 8 h walking they said me that they do not accept dogs. We found a solutio but it took a bit of time and negotiations
