Persoonlijke ontmoeting bij het sleutels afhalen en vriendelijke, duidelijke uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Tevens veel tips voor gebruik openbaar vervoer en mooi wandeling naar het centrum.

The unit is very clean, it was like home. Excellent location for me and my family. We had a wonderful stay!
It would be helpful that instructions for wifi and sorting garbage are provided in the unit.

Location was perfect for us as we have family close by in Wilrijk. The apartment was lovely, spacious and comfortable.
We had some very concerning interactions with the host. At the last minute on the day prior to check in she informed us that if we did not provide a damage deposit via wire transfer our entire 7 day reservation could be canceled without refund. We did not object to the damage deposit but had not received any prior notification and could not easily arrange this from a Canadian bank. We offered to provide it in cash, which she accepted but did not come to the apartment to pick up the funds.
After we left the apartment she falsely accused us of having brought a “supermarket cart” into the property, for which she allegedly had been required to pay a penalty. When we clarified that we had only brought in our luggage, she insisted that the neighbours had seen us and said she was having building security check the cameras. We had no objections to this (as the accusations were false) but it did not leave us with a positive feeling about our stay.
In short, the apartment was lovely and suited our needs very well, but because of the unnecessarily negative interactions with the host, we could not commit to rebooking this property nor could we recommend it to others.
