Central, clean and comfortable. We wanted somewhere central for a short stay in Antibes and this apartment was perfect. It was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast each morning on the balcony and finished each day with a glass of red watching the world go by below!

Great location with super easy access everywhere in Antibes old town.
The bed is comfortable and there is very little noise from the outside.
There's everything you need for a comfortable stay, with good modern airco.
The balcony was great for breakfast.

The loction was superb and the balcony was the perfect place to watch the world go by over any meal. The apartment was exceptionally well equiped and was very clean and comfortable. The airconditioning worked well and was very quiet. Soemtimes there was a little road noise but the new windows and balcony doors effectively shut this out - the storm shutters shut out the light too.
We were on the second floor (of 3 floors) and the neighbour upstairs seemed to be awake all night and we could hear him (her?) vacuuming, walking around noisily and (we imagined) doing some sort of weight training but certaily setting down heavy objects. It didn't wake me but did keep my partner awake sometimes. As previous tenants have stated, the bathroom, although very clean, is looking a little tired and could be refreshed but that is a personal opinion and not a deal-breaker.
