Easy check in with key box at front door and clear instructions in email. The room (4) was very comfortable, good size and well equipped. Even though there isn’t a breakfast as such, for us the ability to make a coffee and having croissants, porridge, and bananas in the room was absolutely sufficient (after a lovely dinner we had the night before at Tolbooth Restaurant).

Really lovely and comfortable room and Rod was very welcoming, gave great advice on the local area and was very kind and forgiving when I manage to lose a room key!

Location, regarding local amenities.
Room was basic with no colour, pictures etc. Bathroom very basic-small shower with no great water pressure and toilet pan too close to wall.
