Emplacement exceptionnel et accueil téléphonique très courtois de la logeuse qui parle très bien le français et est facilement joignable.

Lo mejor de este apartamento es la ubicación, cercana a la platja del port.
Es un apartamento muy antiguo y obsoleto, falto de una reforma urgente. El mobiliario es antiguo, cocina y calentador de gas butano, con una bombona de recambio en el balcón dándole de pleno el sol. Sofá muy incómodo, electrodomésticos muy básicos, incluso la nevera no enfriaba apenas, cosa que tengo que decir que nos solucionaron rápido trayendo otra nueva, pero conociendo el problema no hay que esperar a que reclamemos. En teoría es para 6 personas pero ni el mobiliario ni nada está pensado para tantas personas. Las camas son muy antiguas, ruidosas e incómodas. Hay bastante suciedad, por ejemplo las sillas están llenas de grasa de la cocina y manchas. Otro inconveniente es que al tratarse de un edificio antiguo, se escuchan todos los ruidos de vecinos. A nosotros nos tocó el "lado montaña" y las vistas son a unos patios interiores sin nada de intimidad, con balcones de vecinos que pueden ver directamente dentro de la vivienda.
