Nestled in Bovec, this lovely house for $253 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Just 3km from Bovec in the charming, peaceful, alpine village of Cezsoca, Lepa Soca House is a beautifully decorated, contemporary and comfortable holiday property on two levels with foot access to the stunning Soča River and a number of lovely local river beaches, kayak centre and riverside walking / biking trails. Local restaurants and shops are also in walking distance and furthers amenities are just a few minutes away by car in Bovec. The property features an entry room, bathroom, open plan living room with double sofabed, kitchen & dining room with access onto a balcony with comfortable seating. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms under the eaves with great views of surrounding mountains. There is also an attractive private garden to the rear of the house. A huge range of outdoor activities such as walking and cycling are possible from your doorstep as well as a wide range of river pursuits (kayaking, rafting, world class fly fishing & canyoning) and mountain sports in easy reach (skiing at Kanin just five minutes drive). Facilities in the apartment include large flatscreen TV & DVD player. Please note: Apartment has a maximum adult capacity of 4, groups of 6 are possible only if there are 2 children in the party. Discounts: * Multiple week discount: 5% on stays 7-14 days, 10% on stays 14-21 days , 15% on stays 21-28 days, 20% on stays 28-42 days, 25% on stays 42 days+ * One discount of highest value is applicable per booking Supplements: * Cleaning fee * Tourist tax is calculated based on valid regulations at the time of booking. Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. Das Willkommensgeschenk fanden wir sehr schön. Ein super Aktivurlaub an der Soca.

Schlechte Agentur
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr schlecht. Erst nannte man uns zweimal die falschen Kontodaten. Dann bekamen wir die pin aber keine Adresse. Hierzu hätten wir uns dann wieder erst über den online Zugang einlocken müssen. Insgesamt sehr umständlich und uneffektiv. Mit der Ferienwohnung selbst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Viele Aktivitäten
Die Wohnung ist schön, für manche etwas eng, besonders im Bad. Den Garten haben wir nicht genutzt (Kiesfeld), aber es gibt viele schöne Plätze in Fußentfernung: natürlich die Soca, aber auch ein Bolzplatz, eine gemütliche Bar mit Grünfläche und Slackline, etc. Am Wochenende sehr belebt.

-vor allem das kleine Dorf Cezsoca hat uns gut gefallen, man konnte direkt vom Haus zu sportlichen Aktivitäten aufbrechen
- nur die Matrazen waren zu hart

Huis heeft de gewenste voorzieningen. Was goed schoon. Restaurant is om de hoek. De Soca-rivier is op loopafstand. Bovec is 5 min rijden en heeft allerlei voorzieningen. Wij hebben een goede vakantie gehad!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes, für uns 3 mehr als ausreichendes Apartment in idealer Lage, um im Triglav Soca-auf und -ab Unternehmungen zu starten. Einrichtung hochwertig, sauber und gepflegt. Für Regentage stehen DVDs und ein paar Spiele zur Verfügung, auch Kinderspielzeug ist vorhanden. Empfehlung.
Lediglich die Küche könnte etwas mehr Stauraum vertragen, aber sonst alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Gegend!
Die Wohnung ist klasse, wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Nichts zu beanstanden, auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage in Cezsoka bietet super viele Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu erkunden und zu genießen - was wir ausgiebig getan haben.

This two storey house was very comfortable and had everything we needed as a couple. The lively town of Bovec is a few minutes' drive away and is excellent for shops, restaurants, activities etc.

Exactly the apartment we wanted for our family vacation with three kids. Some nice surprises such as a selection of DVDs for lazy days - especially the Narnia movie partially shot in the same valley! Customer service by the owner was excellent, there's a nice restaurant just around the corner and a selection of restaurants, several stores and activities in Bovec just a couple of kilometers away.
And the whole valley with Soca river was stunningly beautiful! We'd recommend for anyone looking for an active vacation - biking, rafting, paddling, trekking, etc.
If you arrive late (after dark) from Ljubljana airport, consider taking the slightly longer route and arriving to Bovec via Italy. The shortest way over the mountain road is amazing in daylight but with all the tight turns it's slower, at least in the dark.
One note: The stairs leading to second floor/bedrooms are very steep - if you have toddlers you'll have to keep an eye on them!

We, a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, stayed in this apartment from June 1st to 11th 2009, a very pleasant experience. Although I was worried about booking over the web, everything went according to plan and the apartment was exactly as it appeaed on the web, only better. It was relatively new, spotless and although compact, had everything we needed. The owners had very throughtfully provided a number of extras which made a big difference - a range of DVDs, music, books, games which really helped to keep us occupied on the wet days, of which there were several. Loved the quiet village location, the fantastic river Soca nearby and really enjoyded the atmosphere in the nearby town of Bovec. Did a range of activities - kayaking, canyoning, cycling. Canyoning not to be missed!

We have enjoyed our stay in Slovenia. The apartment is really beautiful with everything we have needed to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The surrounding area is spectacular with amasing views and places to visit. We particularly liked the Tolmin Gorges at Tolmunoka Korita although maybe not the narrow road leading to it where we met a tractor! but we made it.
Hopefully we will be able to come back again as we still have so much more to see.
