There's also a double bed and a separate shower room. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, several patio areas, furniture, and a barbecue, along with off-road parking for two cars. This is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property accepts one small, well behaved dog. Please can owners ensure that the garden is clear of any mess from their pet. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles and a pub in 0.4 miles. Carminow Barn is a romantic base to explore Cornwall with your loved one.

Trains departing from Par can be taken in either direction, heading north to Lostwithiel, Looe, and Plymouth, or south to Truro, Falmouth, St. Ives, and Penzance.

Property smaller than we expected. We booked the property as it was on one level with no steps as my wife is waiting a knee replacement. Unfortunately the walk in shower had a rather high step to get in and the shower door did not open fully. The building felt damp and fusty possibly because no extractor in the bathroom and also the outside gutter was leaking and had no downpipe and was soaking the wall.( I did report the guttering to the caretaker)We could not use the bbq area because of the fumes from the oil tank next door.Good location for Eden project with local pub and shop.
