We have a fully equipped kitchen for making home-cooked meals, Outside, we are happy to offer a shared pool to help beat the heat, as well as BBQ facilities and a shared terrace. The unit itself has a small private balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee with the sunrise or a relaxing glass of wine at sunset. The property itself is located within a 5-minute walk of many restaurants and bars. We’re also just a 10-minute drive from Las Baulas National Park, just 5 km from Tamarindo Airport, and 60 km from Liberia Daniel Oduber Quirós Airport. A quick walk takes you to Tamarindo Beach, ideal for surfing and swimming. As one of the safest locations in Costa Rica, Tamarindo is a town in the Guanacaste Province, on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. It’s known for beaches with strong surf, like Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. To the north, Playa Grande beach is a major nesting site for huge leatherback turtles and forms part of Las Baulas National Marine Park. The mangrove-lined estuary of Tamarindo Wildlife Refuge protects animals such as howler monkeys and crocodiles. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. *Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. A walk down the road to the beach and an easy cab ride back. The roads became very muddy with the rain but only one night. A very relaxing comfortable place to stay.
