Benning. 25 mins to Callaway gardens and FDR State Park. Guests will love this cozy home that comes with a full kitchen, 2 full bedrooms & bathrooms and a stackable washer & dryer. It has a sofa bed in the family room making it very comfortable for 6 people. The Space: THE SPACE: To avoid any confusion, potential guests should thoroughly read ALL information below before requesting to book. (We promise that the info below will better prepare you for your trip and answer 99% of your questions!) Thank you! HOUSE PERKS: --This rental includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use. --Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided. --Cooking spray, olive oil, salt/pepper are provided. --A hair dryer and showering essentials/bath towels are available. Each bedroom has a designated closet with hanger storage. There is also an iron and ironing board. --Games are available for your use. --A smoker/BBQ are available in the backyard for your use. --Please make note Guests can park parallel on the street in front of the house but spots can fill up quickly. The restaurant Minnies across the street is busy during Lunch and the spots in front of the house can fill up. TECHNOLOGY: --A large, flat screen television is hooked up in your living area, though we recommend the outdoors over the tube! ;) --Wifi is provided. --A washer/dryer is available for your use ADDITIONAL INFO: We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from: --AirBnB users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts. --Renters that are above the age of 25. --Renters who are not bringing pets. --A maximum of six guests per reservation. Extra guests are not allowed. We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests. In order to keep the house in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. ***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the house is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) Other things to note CHECK-IN INFO: --Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through AirBnB messenger. --Please note that Columbus, GA is on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Check-in is between 4 and 7 p.m.; guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next renters before they arrive. --Our cancellation policy is moderate. At least one host is always available via text. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire house. The Neighborhood: Directly across the street from Minnie's Famous Restaurant. Walking distance to the downtown area. Family friendly. Getting Around: Walking distance to lots of attractions. Uber Friendly Its very easy to drive around and explore the area. Other Things to Note: There is no assigned parking spot for the bungalow. Its a first come on any available parking spots in front of the house. The spots usually fill up fast during lunchtime due to the famous Minnie's restaurant across the street. Interaction with Guests: Host is available for any questions throughout your stay.

Loved this property in historic Columbus. Gave us a private comfortable place to stay while visiting family post-Thanksgiving. 16,000 steps on Saturday - to Parlor Donuts, then River Walk and downtown Columbus. Bungalow was clean, comfortable and bright. Eclectic mix of old and new - loved it (and even bought the same black Kohler kitchen sink and beige roll-up rack after our stay)!

Wonderful place to stay while visiting our soldier- comfortable, clean, with new appliances. Kept us cool in the 90’s temps. I especially loved having the dining room table close in the kitchen for ease of conversation and cooking since our time was precious but short!

Thème home was absolutely charming- a well-restored old house with modern amenities and comfort. The appliances were new, the furniture was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was decorated with impeccable taste. Michelle was very responsive to the tiniest of questions and requests. I had an excellent stay!

This property has been thoughtfully remodeled. Great for adults who prefer staying inside - it was really hot while we were there but the ceiling fans and A/C kept things nicely cooled. There were a few issues with check-in, but Michelle (owner) was responsive and worked quickly to address the challenges with the security system. We look forward to staying here again!

My friend & I reserved this stay for 2 weeks for our pharmacy rotation. I must say that it exceeded our expectations. The house was very modern and the renovations as well as the layout of the home was beautiful. I would definitely book this area again.

This place was awesome! It was clean, newly renovated and well stocked with all the necessities of home. Michelle was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. Hope to stay there again on our next visit!

It is a lovely bungalow and I was there for my sons basic training graduation. It was only 15 minutes from Fort Benning. Michelle is a marvelous host. I look forward to renting again for his graduation.

The property was clean and the location is walkable to everything downtown. When I told the owner that I was having trouble with the shower, it was fixed within 12 hours.
