It's not the safest area, but I chose it because of the price and the convenience of my morning departure. The staff was friendly. The room was okay for its price, but don't expect anything special.

Room was clean. Washed towel, box tissue, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and toothpaste were provided. The room has working AC and TV. Breakfast was satisfactory. Very little noise comes from outside. Noone disturbs your stay.
The baskets in the room and washroom were extremely dirty. It seemed like those baskets were never cleaned. They overcharged 70 taka saying dollar exchange rate is high but at that time it was not what they mentioned.
