The place was clean and beautiful😍 and peaceful …we really enjoyed our stay
The check-in time of 3pm is too far maybe you should consider changing it to 1/2pm instead.
It would be nice nice if you glue back the the lifting parts of the picture on the wall by the door entrance for it to look tidy

I liked the location and proximity to the beach.
The property is not well maintained. The curtains were moldy, water was dripping from the air conditioners, and the wallpaper was peeling off.
