Guests will enjoy our fully renovated ground floor apartment with lots of natural lighting. The unit has a separate front and rear entrance making it easily accessible to all. Our home is centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood and only 10 mins from JFK airport, 29 mins to Laguardia airport, 15 mins to USB Arena, and a 5 minute walk to Green Acres mall. The space Room 1 boasts the grand master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, king size bed fitted with white down comforter and sheets, double closet, remote controlled ducted air conditioning unit. Room 2 is fitted with a queens size bed and a nice clean contemporary design. Room also carries a remote controlled ducted air conditioning unit. Room 3 has two twin sized bed with a contemporary design and can be perfect for adults, children, pilots and flight attendants. This room also has an air conditioning unit. The open concept spacious living room opens up in to the dining area and one can easily entertain while preparing meals in the kitchen. The large sectional sofa is super comfortable and makes for a great movie night with the 65 inch television. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dish washer and as a bonus there is a Keurig single serve and iced coffee as maker. The dedicated wash room is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This place is amazing. We stayed here while visiting family in the area. It was an easy walk to the LIRR into Manhattan. We stayed with our three year old and 9 month old. Both boys loved it. And the open living area made watching them and cooking easy. Bridget even left out a pack and play for us to use. We will definitely stay here again when we come to NY!

We loved our stay at this charming property. We had space to visit, the beds were so comfortable- lots of extra touches like coffee and essentials in bathrooms. Very, very clean. Our host was very quick to answer questions. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful quiet Mother’s Day weekend with 5 adults and our 8 year old granddaughter. Plenty of room to sleep, cook and gather in a very clean and well appointed setting.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect for us to visit family in NYC and on Long Island. Our elder father also traveled with us and we especially loved that the space was on one level and had no stairs for access. We will certainly look to stay here again when we travel back to the area. The accodomations were perfect for our family.

We really enjoyed staying here! Good location. We had our daughter and grandson with us. It was the perfect layout with the master bedroom on one side of the place and the other two bedrooms on the other side, so everyone had their own space. Super clean! We had everything we needed. We recommend this place.
