The condominium is spacious, confortable and nicely decorated, the rooms are great and the beds have comfortable mattresses, the bathrooms are well equipped and the kitchen has everything you need.
The view from the deck is amazing.
The location is very convenient, located in front of the Los Sueños entrance and just a couple of minutes of all its amenities.
The clubhouse of the project is beautiful but needs better attention to some maintenance details.
The BBQ at the apartment, has seen better days, you should consider a replacement.

Nice place
The main issues included:
1. Office like lighting at night, lovely place in the day yet solid fluorescent lights
2. No wifi
3. Air on leaking
4. No notice of our names at the door to access

The place is large and held our family very well. The grounds are well maintained and the pools are nice. The beds were excellent.
We did not have WiFi or fans during our stay. We escalated this on day one and it was never fixed. Check in on Saturday and Monday afternoon is when someone came by unannounced and was unable to resolve. The hot tub also was inoperable.
