Situated in Brainerd, this lovely house for $449 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. HOT TUB!!!! Amazing view of the Mississippi River from a massive window in the center of the home. Lots of space in and outside of the house. Dock for your boat, and amazing fishing off the dock and our 220ft of river shore. Perfect for families and friends to make tons of memories! Game room basement with a pool table & ping pong in front of a big tv and kitchenette/bar. Our property is on the end of a culdesac with one neighbor, and is very secluded with plenty of parking. Two fire pits outside, floating dock to fish off of or tie a boat to, and a plenty of fishing spots on property. Inside we have 2 kitchens, island bar seating, 8 seater dining room table, 4 bedrooms, 7 beds and a pullout couch, plenty of space for large groups. Pool table in the basement with ping pong board, kitchennete and bar, 65" TV perfect for watching movies or sport events. Outside we have a table and two chairs on the patio, as well as another table and 4 chairs on the stone patio. Next to that we have a fire pit area with 6 chairs and more chairs around the house. Take the pathway down by the dock (or bring your boat and tie up!) and we have another few chairs and another fire pit. There is also a trail you can follow that leads to a clearing with another table and four chairs and another firepit overlooking the shore of the Mississippi River as well. Multiple trails, parks, golf courses within 20-30 minutes! Boat slip less than 2 miles away for anyone wanting to dock their boat on our dock as well.

We stayed for 5 days for a family reunion. The location was fantastic, near Nisswa. The multi-level living space as perfect for a large group to each have their privacy while also having a great main level living space for mingling!

We had a great time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party last weekend! The property was beautiful and there was plenty of space for everyone. There were a lot of rules posted around the house but they were reasonable.

We rented this house for a Bachelorette Gathering. We had 6 ladies celebrating altogether. Typically, pics look better than the real thing, but in this case, the opposite was true! It was better than the photos. Such a perfect space! Lots of rooms and beds; enough bathrooms even. Everything was clean and perfectly made up. All utensil and utility drawers were well labeled and made everything really easy to find. Alexandra was very helpful with all of our questions and concerns with the hot tub, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go! Everything you could have possibly needed was there. I would live there if I could lol. I’m going to sound like an 80 year old, but I LOVED watching all the birds and squirrels from the wall of windows and the hot tub. It was snowing, and one of the girls said it felt like we were in a snow globe. We all loved it and had a blast. Just a super perfect weekend and I cannot thank you enough for everything!

We all enjoyed having a floor and bathroom to ourselves for sleeping!! The property manager was prompt with responses and very accommodating!! Would have used all my swim suits but one..... mother nature decided to give us one last snow storm so had to get on the road early Sunday morning. Will keep this place in mind if our group returns to the area!

Booked for a girls get together. We are in mid 30s. Such a convenient location, spacious, clean and communication with owners was incredible. Thank you for this beautiful place. PS the hot tub was such a treat! Will return and I think would be a great spot for families as well.

Great house and location for a quick weekend up north. Plenty of room for our group of 10. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hot tub felt great on a cold early Spring/late winter night. Great view of the river and fun to watch the ice breaking up and heading downstream [finally Spring might come]! Everything was well labeled and well supplied as expected. We enjoyed our stay and all agreed we’d stay there again.
