The property met our needs however the rate did not match the condition of the property.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The pool area was well kept and the lobby was also up to standards.

The property was very old. Although there were cosmetic renovations, the dailey rate was way too high. The rooms were small and the bath/ toilet room was the smallest I've ever entered. All that is fine however expected more for the money. The vacany was high so I would have expected a better deal.

Lots of Value

Cleanliness, pool, quality breakfast were all reasons to enjoy this hotel. The pool was nearly empty the whole night, making the family time more enjoyable.

Very good

Loved the new hard flooring and the hooks to hang things on. Very nice staff.

The tub could have been cleaner. Felt residue in the tub.

Nicole was great staff check in

Nicole checked us in and was very personable and fun. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The sauna was getting an upgrade and should be ready soon.

Brainerd stay

The beds were comfy, the pool was warm, the breakfast was good. The staff was super nice and helpful.

My only complaint is that I couldn't get extra pillows. The woman at the desk explained that people kept stealing them so they didn't have extras at that time.

Comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Breakfast was fine

The hot tub was not in service. It was a big disappointment since that’s a main reason I chose this hotel location. I told the front desk that the tub drained very slowly, and the shower spigot was very hard to operate. She said she would have maintenance. Check it.

The websites posted a king room with a jacuzzi i booked that when i got there they told me that room is out of service. I ask for my room to be cleaned they came but they only straighten the covers and left the dirty sheets on.

Lovely rooms with comfortable beds in a great location.

The breakfast was good. The room felt "new" and the beds were very comfortable. There were lots of dining places nearby.

Superb

The room was big and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the pancake machine and the yogurt dispenser. The only thing that was missing was a comfortable chair. We use our hotel room a lot, so if we hadn't had a lawn chair it would not have been a comfortable room. This is a great place to stay it you are on the go and only use your room to sleep.

The was no comfortable chair to relax in.

Lately motel rates have become very expensive, and shopping around for value is tough, the lower priced places are now having much more terrible revues, possibly due to covid cutting into people traveling and a shortage of workers, and now a lot of motels are behind on maintenance and upkeep. So I was pleasantly surprised with the value and cleanliness of this motel, it's what a motel should be, a simple clean room with a comfortable bed at a fair price. And the Beautyrest beds they have are the BEST! I just ordered one for my home.

The color of the hallways is a bit outdated.

Surprisingly delightful

fresh updates, friendly staff, very clean. Family suite has plenty of room for four. Pool has hot and steam sauna.

No real closet space in the family suite and the tv is not mounted for easy viewing from the bed.

Comfy beds, but needs updating to be safe.

The bed was comfy- and glad it had a pool with hot tub!

There was black mold all over our bathroom- the entire room was just damp all of the days we were there. There was also no housekeeping service due to low staffing.

Very good

The location was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and that the pool area was open late.

Enjoyed it very much. We WILL be back.

Especially liked the cleanliness and brightness of the room, and that there was no carpeting. Much more sanitary.

The breakfast didn't have a lot to offer, but what they had was tasty.
