Stayed for a group booking, lovely designed house for a large group of girls. Very central location. Really well thought out house with comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms and a nice dressing area.
We all felt the house was well decorated and ideal for a large group stay with good furniture.
We had a night in and night out, the house was perfect for both with great spacing for the night in, especially the kitchen dining area for this. But also fun to get ready in with lots of bathrooms, mirrors and the dressing area was very fun. It was a very convenient walk into town too.
It also has very helpful parking for 3 cars
The booking process stressed me out in the run up with it asking for payment upfront but then never adjusting on booking.com and constantly saying action needed. Plus I had to ring to confirm payment as nothing was clarified online.
When we arrived we received check in details promptly, but the keys were in a different lock box to where we were told, which again added a bit of stress to the trip.
We did think the house could have been cleaner, we appreciate wear and tear especially in large group properties, but there was hairs in bathrooms and sides that needed wiping in the kitchen and dirty cutlery.
I would not choose to cook in this property the kitchen is under-equipped compared to the rest of the house.
Again I think the property is designed well for it's purpose.

Didn’t quite realise backed onto the train station, made for some early awakenings!

The location is excellent for all the Harrogate attractions. There is some noise from the train station but not enough to bother us.

Lots of room
Reported dish washer not working and leaking water . They sent no one!
After we stayed 4 days and left. Still not sent anyone
Quiet difficult to park 4 cars
