Quiet, pretty courtyard garden, comfy bed, ensuite shower/loo. downstairs shower loo, interesting pictures - local info.
House can be reached at a reasonably level walk from Lyme center (which is otherwise very hilly!!)
could have been warned about how to unload luggage as no stopping on narrow lane outside passage to house. need better warning about very steep hill to car parking - ok for me - but not for my wife.

Great location to explore Lyme; a little steep to reach the car park with luggage but otherwise excellent spot; lovely and quiet with only the sound of the gulls. Beautifully presented house with all the things we needed. Sadly we only had a couple of nights to explore the area but would definitely recommend this spot. (Also close to the bakery for an excellent brunch, even on a bank holiday weekend).

The excellent quality of the fittings and furniture was really impressive. There were many nice touches to the decor and things which added to the comfort of the guests. A lovely, sheltered and secluded back garden had a dining table and chairs set in a shady area which were a pleasure to use for drinks and one or two meals too. The location was really good being close to the seafront and restaurants yet quiet too.
Nothing - we liked everything. The parking permit for a public car park just up the hill was very much appreciated and although the road is quite narrow, as it typical in Lyme Regis, we unloaded and loaded right outside without any difficulty.
