Location. Well equipped apartment. Very cozy. Very clean. Bus stops nearby. Restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets in walking distance. The kitchen was very well equipped.
Overall very good place to stay. I would stay here again. The only problem we had was with the toilet, a little chain was loose and did not allow it to flush properly, we had to fix it every time it went loose.

This is a charming little apartment, with lots of small touches that are comparable to large chain properties. The bed was comfortable, and the entire place was clean. The owner was responsive to my problem but was unable to resolve it. They sent someone out to the apartment at 1:00 AM on Thanksgiving morning.
The baseboard heater in the bedroom did not function at all. The maintenance person's son was sent out at 1;00 AM on Thanksgiving morning to try to fix the problem but was unable to. He was going to purchase the needed part on Thursday, but the hardware stores were closed. It was very cold outside and therefore also inside, but we survived.
The only other complaint is that the windows look out on a very busy, i.e., noisy street.

Fully equipped, better than most hotel rooms. Towels, shaving, water, - everything there
The mattress was very soft, but that's a question of individual taste.
