Good location, comfortable hotel and staff arranged a fantastic private safari at Wilpattu with a terrific guide who got us a brilliant leopard sighting

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Monkeys came on the balcony, keep your windows closed. We moved to a downstairs room after the first night. Much better room.
Breakfast was basic, but ok. Long walk from town centre, not many Tuk Tuks. Difficult to find a restaurant.
Stairs to the upstairs room were very unstable and unsafe. Room was given to us due to our original room having plumbing issues.

The garden, the common kitchen facilities, and the convenient location.
The air conditioning was not efficient enough. The shower and tap water pressure was also very low.
