Great location. Friendly, welcoming staff. Quiet room with good air con.
The beds had two unremoveable pillows which meant that I couldn't fit my whole body in the bed, as I am quite tall.

We loved everything. Excellent location in the city center. A clean room, a lovely balcony with a small table and chairs, and a large bed. Specifically, our room had high ceilings and great water pressure. They also have rooms with low ceilings, so you might want to check that separately. The staff was polite and helped us with all our requests. Highly recommend.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is near the metro, you can walk to the station if you want, there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
The bed and pillow were excellent.
I liked the fact the soap was in big refillable bottles.
The Iranian woman at reception was very friendly and helpful.
There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. You can buy a coffee at reception, but someone has to make it for you. When I left the hotel on both mornings at 8.30 a.m., the nightwatchman was asleep in the dark. I guess he might have made me a coffee if I had asked.
I left my rucksack under the stairs (they say it is 'safe') as I had to check out and my flight was in the evening. My adaptor, charger, and cable were stolen from the top of my bag! I have never had anything stolen before and especially not from what seems like a nice hotel. The cleaner and Iranian woman helped me search. The other woman didn't seem to care.
