Parfait mais sans petit déjeuner

La qualité de l’hébergement et les services à portée de main (casiers à skis, piscine, spa, etc)

Le prix de petit déjeuner est excessif. Même si la qualité des produits proposés est bonne, la diversité reste mince et le prix rédhibitoire.

Nous espérions passer un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel dit”prestige “, c’était un vrai désastre!! Une horreur! Surtout

Les chambres étaient confortables

Hôtel très bruyant. Nous n’avons pas dormi les deux nuits que nous avions réservées. En effet des personnes rentraient de boîte ou autre à 1h du matin et 4 h du matin en chantant et avec la musique!!! Dans les couloirs! Nous avons dû sortir en pyjama pour exprimer notre mécontentement dans le couloir!! En plus la première nuit il y a eu la fête dans la chambre à côté toute la nuit , une horreur! Le personnel n’a pas pu intervenir, la police non plus! Un cauchemar!! La salle de restauration pour le petit déjeuner est bien trop petite et le petit déjeuner n’est pas top!

Great place for skiing holiday

Very good location . Well equipted rooms. Perfect room with the view we got on demand !

The key cards failed three times . Skii in was very icy , was not possible to skii, and even difficult to walk . Was many arriving groups in loby every evening , not for skiing holidays , but just one night sleep .

Cadre chaleureux, parfait pour se détendre et skier.

Petit déjeuner façon brunch, très complet et produits de qualités ! Les masseuses du spa (massage) nous ont fait passer un moment de détente absolue.

Convenient, but quite expensive for what you get

Comfortable hotel, conveniently situated for the ski lift and with an Intersport ski hire shop in the building. Easy to walk into town, and a short walk from the nearest supermarket

It seems more geared to efficiency and profitability than really looking after its guests. It's the only '5 star' hotel I've stayed in where I have had to strip the beds and clean the toilet at the end of my stay! The kitchen in the junior suite is rather small and lacks anywhere to put things down - in fact the whole apartment would greatly benefit from a lot more hooks. When we arrived early, the staff refused to give us the key for the ski locker, although the previous people had checked out. It seemed that they would much rather inconvenience their guests than run the small risk of inconveniencing themselves in the unlikely event of having to give us a different apartment. In a smaller, family-run establishment, they would definitely have made more of an effort to make us feel welcome.

The place is relatively new but already seems not so new.

My room was not ready even when I came after a rather late check in time (it’s 5pm and was there around 6pm). They however asked for €40 for each hour of a late check out (official is rather early - 10am). When asked if I can claim the same €40 for the delay during checking in - silence… The ski room is available but it's not heated hence you end up in wet ski boots next morning. Yes, you can try to dry them in your room but that's suboptimal. My room was located right on top of the restaurant - bon chance to get some sleep, not before 3am that is possible.

GÉNIAL !

L’établissement est très beau, très propre, les appartements sont bien équipés, nous avons manqué de rien. Vu sur les pistes et à 7min à pied des piste ! Nous avons pu profiter du séjour avec notre chien ! Je recommande l’établissement ! Bravo !

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel de grande classe

Le confort de la chambre, l'excellente literie, la salle de bains, le coin salon, la disponibilité du personnel de l'accueil

La prise en compte des souhaits à la réservation. Nous avions demandé un étage élevé, nous avons été au 1er étage, mais c'était très bien tout de même.

Equipements de qualité, Propreté, Qualité du lit. Piscine

1) L'espace cuisine n'est pas adapté. Il y a un placard vêtements qui est utilisé pour à la fois stocker des casseroles, l'aspirateur, coffre et des cintres au dessus des casseroles. Ce placard pourrait facilement être modifié avec 2 portes en bas et une en haut. Ca fournirait un plan de travail qui est absent et permettrait de poser la plateau de la machine à café qui encombre la table. J'ai la photo mais je ne l'ajoute pas car la rubrique photos est pour les clients. 2) Je n'ai pas trouvé normal dans un Appart-Hotel qu'on nous demande de sortir les poubelles. 3) Chambre trop bruyant car au dessus de la terrasse du restaurant et sur la route avec la plaine des jeux. 4) Il aurait été bien d'avoir une table pour manger qui puisse se déplacer sur la terrasse pour y manger. 5) Il manque des cintres et il y a des cintres inutilisables dans le placard des casseroles car ils ne peuvent pas être déplacés. 6) Pas d'annulation immédiate de la caution, ni d'information lorsque c'est fait.

A really luxurious place to stay with everything that you could want.

The apartment was absolutely brilliant- very well équipes and ideal for what I was doing.

The reception did not know about road closures which was surprising. This information should be available to avoid missing transport links

Comfortable apartment for summer activities in the Alps.

We stayed here for a cycle event and the location was very convenient for the activities. The apartment was well equipped and new with a big balcony. The restaurant was good for evening meal.

Goegeous appartment hotel in Alpe D'Huez with huge indoor pool

High quality appartment hotel in Alpe D'Huez. We had a two bedroom appartment - plenty of space and excellently furnished; shower and bath in separate rooms and kitchenette in the living space. There for a weekend in pre-summer holiday period. Very quiet. Huge indoor swimming pool to ourselves. Parking just outside - plenty of space when we were there. Staff are excellent.

Breakfast price of 20Euros per head which makes it 50% of room price for 4 people when we were there (much lower percentage of course in ski season! ;) ). Went up the road to the local bakery instead.

Value for money but with a cold pool

You got value for money. Located central and a very pleasant place with friendly and nice staff

The pool and spa area was disappointing. The Spa area only consists of a sauna and a steam room and quite focused on treatments that cost extra. The biggest disappointment was the pool, overall the area and quality is very good, but the water was so cold that you didn’t want to be in there for more then a couple of minutes before you froze.

Good hotel for ski holidays

Comfortable clean rooms, all necessary kitchen facilities, ski lockers, pool. 200 meters to the nearest ski lift. Ski rental in the same building. Two supermarkets in 5 min. walk. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional.

The bed was awful. This was not a declared double bed, but two narrow beds with the strongest contraceptive effect - they moved apart at any attempt to hug the wife)) Internet disrupted in the room every half an hour, had to go down to reception for a stable connection.

came with a group of friends however the 6 person apartments are tiny so booked an extra room the twin room I ordered was perfect, big and spacious, very clean and all the amenities and homey I would recommend anyone in big groups to rather book rooms in two for personal space, the rooms with 4 beds are very cramped very close to gondola
