Very modern, excellent parking and pool. Breakfast was very good for €20.

Disappointed that the room didn’t have air-conditioning, which would be a real issue in the hotter months.

Perfect location close to the centre, with everything within walking distance. We stayed for a week and didn’t use our car once. Free parking in the garage was a great bonus. The pool and wellness included in the price were especially appreciated by the children. The hotel was also practically next to the Alpe d’Huez Triathlon race area, which was perfect for me and kids as a competitors and very convenient for the family. Breakfast was a little expensive, especially with children, but we appreciated being able to pay only for selected days.

Unfortunately, we were given a ground-floor accessible room. The shower water spread across the whole bathroom, including the toilet area. The view was directly towards a wall and an unmaintained area with dry grass. We would have preferred a room with a balcony and a better view.

Location is great, and the staff extremely friendly. Perfect if you have a bike as they have a secure unit to keep them in. Breakfast was nice, a good range of both hot and cold options. The rooms are big, really comfy bed too.

Comfortable hotel, conveniently situated for the ski lift and with an Intersport ski hire shop in the building. Easy to walk into town, and a short walk from the nearest supermarket

It seems more geared to efficiency and profitability than really looking after its guests. It's the only '5 star' hotel I've stayed in where I have had to strip the beds and clean the toilet at the end of my stay! The kitchen in the junior suite is rather small and lacks anywhere to put things down - in fact the whole apartment would greatly benefit from a lot more hooks. When we arrived early, the staff refused to give us the key for the ski locker, although the previous people had checked out. It seemed that they would much rather inconvenience their guests than run the small risk of inconveniencing themselves in the unlikely event of having to give us a different apartment. In a smaller, family-run establishment, they would definitely have made more of an effort to make us feel welcome.
