This place is a gem. Tucked away in a central location, yet close to all amenities and public transport. The beach is literally across the road. The apartment is clean and tidy and ideal for those on the move. The landlord has provided a cooker, oven and even some cleaning and cooking essentials for ease. I would definitely recommend and definitely return to this place.
I don’t have any complaints. However, I recommend an assessment of the bathroom/shower as the water does not not drain quickly in the shower area. There is also an issue with the cistern, but these did not cause hindrance. The tv could use an update too as one of the tv remote wasn’t working, but the landlord was quick to answer to any issues.

Le studio est dans un endroit assez calme, sauf le bruit de la mosquée aux heures de prières mais on s'y habitue vite. C'est propre, proche du bus, a cinq minutes à pied du centre et dix minutes de Super U ou la Croisette. La mer est à 200m même si c'est pas là le meilleur endroit pour se baigner. J'ai passé un bon séjour et le propriétaire était toujours disponible et à l'écoute.
J'ai trouvé le lit un peu dur et tellement calé entre les murs qu'il est compliqué de faire son lit.
Heureusement c'est pas hyper important mais la tv ne propose rien, j'étais obligé de passer par un site pour regarder la tv française.
Un plaque a induction aurait été pratique car qd on a pas l'habitude il faut une dizaine d'allumettes pour arriver à allumer un feu. (En fait il fallait continuer d'appuyer sur le bouton quelques secondes une fois que le feu est allumé)
Après ça va pour deux personnes mais pour plus ça reste petit.
