I guess the staff needs a supervisor once in a while.
They’re doing a good job but when i complain about the safety boxes, which were not working, and nothing happens during the whole week….. Or the night security guy wasn’t there 5 nights out of 7.
Or the shower at the pool needs to be fixed.
I guess a supervisor would be helpful for the staff

Grands espaces. Grandes ouvertures. Chambres er salles de bain très bien. Gardien de nuit.
Logement un peu plus vieillissant qu’il n’y paraît sur la photo. Piscine pas suffisamment propre, 3 transats seulement pour une maison pour 6… Ménage moyen dans les chambres et les escaliers. 2 scooters disponibles seulement sur 3 (nous étions 7). Personnels pas disponibles suffisamment tôt pour nous préparer le petit-déjeuner inclus (nous voulions partir en visite à 8h30 et ça a été compliqué pas avant
9h) et pas vraiment présents aux horaires où nous
étions dans le logement (De 7h30 à 8h30 et de 15h jusqu’en début de soirée). Nous pensions pouvoir avoir plus d’échanges ou de conseils de leur part.
