Great location, nice big rooms. Fabulous terrace. Air con worked well. Right across from.citadel, 5 minutes to park and beach, 10 to marina.
Cleanliness wasn't amazing - it was serviced in a hurry: bathroom and kitchen were obviously rushed and needed to be done ourselves.But bedrooms, linen clean.
Property above a (very good) fish restaurant. But seafills congregated on the roof below, in two instances flew onto our terrace!
A small cockroach in kitchen one night, but to be expected by the sea with terrace doors open.
Missing batteries in TV remote but quickly put right by host
Some of the fixtures and fittings in need of repair/replacement - wooden towel rack in bathroom kept collapsing, drying rack on terrace rusted and broken
Terrace can be noisy at night, but not hosts' fault.
Hotel tax was requested to be left as a cash payment on departure, but was not offered in the discount vouchers we subsequently realized we should have been entitled to upon paying.
In all, the terrace is what you are paying for - and it is impressive. But felt this apartment could use a little more TLC.

The location is fantastic and the apartment was great.
The noise from the kitchen of the downstairs restaurant was unacceptable and continued into the small hours every night. The sound insulation of the building is very poor and noises reverberated through the building.
