The location was fairly easy to find. I left the main road and took the road which runs straight through the middle of the town. I had taken a screen shot of the property and recognised it as I passed. There are parking spaces on the other side of the street.
The studio itself feels brand new, and sits behind the main house, so is very quiet. It consists of a shower room, a well equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a TV, and a sleeping area with a very comfortable double bed.I was only there for one night, but it would be a good base if you wanted to stay longer in the region.
I have no complaints at all. I would definitely book again if I needed to be in that area. Maybe somebody who feels it is important to have a bit of outdoor space would be disappointed, but this didn’t matter to me.

Logement bien situé par rapport au lac de Monteynard.
Logement spacieux.
Beau-père très sympathique.
Manque de propreté.
Finitions du logement et état général moyen.
Photos pas tout à fait à jour: rideau de douche au lieu de porte de douche.
Expérience très mitigée en raison d’une grosse fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain en début de soirée et donc plus d'eau chaude jusqu'à notre départ. Pas d'empathie des propriétaires.
