Location, size, comfort, amenities, secure, views, away from the hustle and bustle of main town Nerja.
Could hear traffic on the street until quite late. I used ear plugs when sleeping. No lift to get up to fourth floor apartment. Info in apartment said they were leaving some welcome packs but there were none. I wasn’t too bothered but they should do as they say on their printed info. Cleaning charge was excessive especially as they expected us to take out our own rubbish.

Apartamento bien reformado, luminoso, bien equipado.
Cuarto piso sin ascensor( 40 escalones y 4 rellanos), wue no está ingormado en la oferta, en un edificio con las áreas comunes muy deterioradas. Se ofrece en primera línea de playa pero en realidad está a 120 mts de de ella. Entras al apartamento y te encuentras con un cartelito que te da la bienvenida y te invita a disfrutar del cava y un snack pack que encontrarás en el área de cocina...solo que no hay cava ni snack pack ...
