Friendly and caring staff, a clean property and rooms, and daily housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. It was also easy to access taxis and public buses. Taksim Square and Galata Tower are both about a comfortable 20-minute walk on mostly flat streets. Overall, a great location and a pleasant stay.
The internet has improved significantly compared with our previous stay two years ago, but the Wi-Fi is still somewhat unstable. Also, the hotel uses summer blankets instead of smooth, puffy comforters. The summer blankets were textured and somewhat rough, which made them less comfortable for sleeping.

Some nights we did not have warm water at bathroom.
