It’s brand new. Oceanfront. Part of a resort with many places to eat and a pool. Right by boardwalk to walk to things. Wonderful breakfast that’s included with stay.

Excellent location, great breakfast, spacious room, friendly staff (except for one receptionist who wasn’t as nice),
Since it was our first stay with that hotel they upgraded our room to a suit at no charge and it was wonderful!
Only one of the receptionists wasn’t so nice and she wasn’t so friendly when we asked for bottles of water for the second time that day and said “I don’t think I can give you any more after this!” It was unreasonable and rude.

The pools are great and the hotels location is great
Didn’t like the breakfast. Also didn’t like the prices for chair and umbrella rentals. Also a bit overpriced
