There was enough space

It had squeaky floors, outside was unkept & needs maintaining, & it was not in a nice part of town. The beds weren’t very comfortable & a clothes horse/stand is needed for drying washed clothes inside. Also the blinds in the master bedroom didn’t give enough privacy as people walking past could see in.

Communication with Yasmin was excellent. It was a lovely apartment, clean and comfortable Easy parking

The property was so clean and it was lovely how the person takes such pride. Theres all the cleaning products.

The beds werent as comfortable.

It is overrated, not clean, spots all over the sofa, not family friendly. I booked it as a family getaway for the weekend. We arrived late on Firday evening. The flat is basically the ground floor of a house. the neighbours from upstairs have a dog( I think). At 8 in the morning we were all woken up by what we initially thought was a fight,but it turned out to be a dog running upstairs. My 2 yo was very exited and started running from my room to his sister's room and the lady from upstairs got really angryand started stomping her feet, shouting and swearing. My children got really upset. I had to sit my son in the bed and just tell him not to move until I pack our bags again and we left. Having my children with me I really wanted to avoid any confrontation with the neighbours. Also the area is really dodgy.I assume that the lady was either high or drunk, since her burst out was totally unprovoked. My child was not even loud when speaking and was not shouting (as kids can be sometimes).I lost Saturday looking for a hotel and basically my getaway weekend was ruined, since we were leaving on Sunday. Bare in mind we travelled 300miles to get to Newcastle. I will do my research better next time.

Location was good for our needs

Cooker didnt work as the trip had gone. it did get sorted but too late to be of use for cooking on the first night. Used vape packages/holders down the back of one of the beds.

Nice house, has everything you need. Quite clean, convenient parking near the house.

Place was lovely, very nicely done out and so homely to make you feel cosy.
