It was nice and we are happy but need some hands and will be much better
Noise from street, remote for tv need replace and water was liking from toilet.
Plus fridge need to replace it’s getting ice everywhere…..

Зручне розташування, в номері є все необхідне для проживання: меблі, посуд, техніка, рушники. Персонал швидко відреагував на звернення щодо мого питання.
Був лише 1 пакет для сміття в кухні, а змінних пакетів не було, прийшлось використовути власні. Не вистачало рідкого мила та гелю для душу.

The apartment itself is nice, modern, and generally clean. It has almost everything you need for a short stay, and the location is convenient.
Communication with the management team is also fast. Whenever I contacted them, they replied within a reasonable amount of time. I also appreciated that, when I had trouble understanding the entry system on my first night, they responded the following morning and tried to help. To be fair, my flight landed around 1:00 a.m., so I completely understand why I didn't receive an answer that same night.
If you're visiting Warsaw during the summer, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
The apartment has no air conditioning, which isn't an issue by itself because it's clearly not advertised as an amenity. The real problem is that it also lacks any effective ventilation. During my stay, which coincided with one of Warsaw's recent heat waves, the apartment became unbearably hot.
The only way to cool it down was to leave the windows completely open. Because the apartment is on the ground floor, that means sacrificing your privacy. On top of that, it faces a busy street, so sleeping with the windows open also means dealing with constant traffic noise.
After contacting the hosts, I was reminded that the fan they provided wasn't included in the amenities, almost as if it were an extra favor. Unfortunately, the fan barely moved any air. Out of frustration, I opened it and found it covered in a thick layer of dust, as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. I've attached photos.
Another small but important detail; the windows don't have proper blackout blinds. Even with them fully closed, a significant amount of daylight comes in. During summer, when the sun rises around 4:00 a.m., this can make it even harder to get a good night's sleep.
Overall, my biggest disappointment wasn't the lack of air conditioning; it was the lack of an effective alternative and the feeling that my concerns were acknowledged politely, but never truly addressed. If a comfortable night's sleep matters to you, especially while traveling abroad, I would recommend choosing another property.
