Fantastic location, overall price for apartment was reasonable for July. Apartment was fairly well equipped, towels - bedding etc supplied, as well as basic kitchen equipment and bathroom supplies. James was excellent at communication from booking the apartment to arriving, and resolved a WiFi issue late at night, which was very much appreciated. Check in, is via a lock box which is always easier, as was check out.
The apartment is located in a fabulous Georgian converted house, however this apartment is on the top floor, so if you have mobility issues, or young children this apartment will be an issue for you. Also, due to the location noise from surrounding restaurants- bars does go on into the early hours of the morning, not an issue for us, but for families or people wanting a ‘quieter’ stay, this isn’t the location for you. The property itself is a little tired and does need a refresh of decor and flooring. The bath also leaked every time it or the shower was used. There is also only one bathroom, which given that the apartment sleeps up to 6, is surprising. Whilst the owners of the Air B&B cannot be held responsible for the very hot weather we are having, there was only one tower fan in the property, it would have been great if a few more fans would have been provided, as this is a top floor flat, so very very warm, and not all of the windows open properly.
The check in time at 4pm, is a little late, given that you have to check out by 10am, which is reasoned as giving the cleaning company time to clean the apartment, I find it hard to believe it takes 4 - 6 hours to clean the apartment! A later check out time of 11am or 12pm would be far more attractive.

Location and size of property
Did not have access to WiFi. It took an entire evening to sort and the shower was very intermittent going hot to cold all the time.
