La nervosité de l'hôte à l'arrivée qui s'est tranquillisé au fur et à mesure. Je pense que notre hôte était fatigué de sa saison et une fois relaxé, nous avons pû echanger et avons même ri ensemble. Il nous a donné de bons conseils sur le village et les commerces à proximité.
L'appartement est partagé , l'hôte vit dedans. L'appartement mériterait une rénovation mais est très correct pour une escale près de la riviera.

Close to motorway. Lovely cool air up in the hills, despite a hot summer in late August. Very kind and responsive host: He immediately sent his phone number for questions. He was flexible regarding time of arrival (we arrived at 18:30 instead of 21:30, as planned originally) and he answered our next sms promptly and made us a decent coffee when we arrived. There's a beautiful little terrace that he built, with lots of plants, a tiny pond and a view over the mountains. Toilet, sink and bed are clean and I don't care about a little dust elsewhere; it's a private home afterall and not a hotel. Breakfast was very generous and varied to provide for different tastes. The host was available and friendly whenever we wanted to talk and, equally important, left us our privacy when we did our stuff. The other guest was polite and respectful. There's a restaurant (5 min by foot) with excellent value for money (good main dish with drink 25euros max.), reservation strongly recommended. Free parking for flat is 5-10min away and you should be mobile enough to walk up a tarred but steep road.
The mattresses are a bit old, but I am sensitive to that, so maybe most guests won't care. Also: the quality of the mattresses is fair for the price, so no complaints.

Tutto bellissimo. La stanza era pulita, era bellissima. Vista mare pazzesca. Colazione ottima. Vicino c'è anche un ristorante ottimo e si può mangiare anche in casa. Il borgo storico e realmente bello e ci si può perdere tra le stradine guardando la bellezza del posto. Sotto alla casa c'è anche un market in cui si può comprare di tutto. Abbiamo scelto la stanza con il bagno privato che é all'esterno, bellissima camera. Fantastico il gestore Christian, già lui vale 10 stelle. Ci siamo trovati benissimo ❤️😁.

Struttura semplice, ma molto carina e accogliente grazie alla simpatia e disponibilità dell’host Christian. Situata nel bel borgo antico di Civezza, è il posto ideale per chi cerca relax, silenzio e una bella vista mare in un ambiente informale. Ottima colazione varia ed abbondante e parcheggio disponibile nelle immediate vicinanze.
