Fantastic villa, in Ubud but very quiet - which is difficult to believe for those who have been there :)
Atmosphere is unique with a great view and a river flowing downside, all magnified by an awesome pool.
Facilities are top notch - WiFi signal excepted (bit weak) but at the end it turned to be a plus. Bali deserves you to put your phone away 😉
I also must say that Rico and the entire crew played a very important role in our fantastic experience. All kudos to him 👍
I would recommend this premium villa to anyone who want to enjoy the island beauties, staying in the city center without its craziness. Conciergerie was incredible ❤️

The villa is beautifully laid out and the pool is a great size. the views from the bedrooms are over the rice fields which is fab. The kitchen and lounge area are very nice too.
The beds are very uncomfortable - two singles pushed together in each of the rooms with a hard ridge down the middle. The beds themselves are very uncomfortable and you only get one pillow. The water out of the taps smelt of rotten eggs which was unpleasant. there were leaks in one of the rooms coming down the walls and puddling in the bedroom due to heavy rain. In another room the shower came off the wall to expose raw plugs and the showers didn’t work properly as they were scaled up and so little water came out. the pool furniture had mould on from getting constantly wet.

clean, new, good service.
overall I’m happy with the villa and it’s recommendable for family with small kids. good services provided by butler such as breakfast, grocery shopping, massage etc. it’s a hotel like villa where you have all the services you ask for. though the place is far from central Ubud , it’s a comfortable villa to stay a few days.
