We really liked the apartment block in which the flat was located. It was very smart and on a quiet residential street within about 15 minutes’ walk to city centre and 10-15 minutes’ walk to the harbour. The flat was extremely spacious and the kitchen was really well equipped. We didn’t cook there but could have easily done so had we stayed longer. The balcony with dining table was huge and it was lovely to sit there watching the world go by. The bedrooms faced towards the mountains and had small balconies and amazing views. It was a luxury to have a bathroom and extra cloakroom with WC. The bed was very comfortable and the flat was furnished in a clean, modern style.
There was nothing we disliked about the apartment, but felt that the furnishings were functional rather than luxurious. This wasn’t a problem for us as we were just staying for a few days to explore Kalamata before travelling in the region, but if we had stayed longer and had spent a bit more time inside we might have wanted a bit more cosiness, especially in the main sitting area.

Εξίσου μοντέρνα & πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ωραίο μπαλκόνι σε ήσυχο & φαρδύ δρόμο, 1χλμ. από παραλία Καλαμάτας, 1,3 χλμ. από κεντρικη πλατεία Καλαμάτας & 1,7 χλμ. απο το ΚΤΕΛ Μεσσηνίας. Super & Mini market - Cafe σε απόσταση 400 μέτρων. Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης πάντα διαθέσιμος τηλεφωνικώς μας προσέφερε early check in & late checkout κατόπιν συνεννόησης & λόγω διαθεσιμότητας!

This fabulous first floor apartment is in a quiet and pleasant location. It is very large for two people with everything we need. Fantastic view of the mountains from either of the two back balconies and a big balcony at the front. We have stayed several times and love it here. Helpful hostess too 😊
