Amazing views and just sitting in the hot tub enjoying them, room was clean and functional, everyone working there was really lovely.

Amazing people who helped us with everything we needed. The view was amazing and we had a great time.

Beautiful location overlooking a lake and river. All the accommodation is raised above ground level and connected by suspended walkways which is unusual and fun. It was well landscaped with loads of interesting plants. We also were given the hope of seeing wildlife like elephants but sadly didn’t! You can book to eat at the restaurant in the evening but we opted to eat out.

The walkways to the rooms were great apart from one section that was a metal suspension bridge that bounced up and down as you walked on it, fun the first time but in reality a pain in the ass doing it several times a day! The hotel is very spread out, my 78yr old dad’s room was a long way from ours, luckily we had a car so we would drive down to the river to collect him. No way he could have done the suspension bridge I mentioned above every day! When I booked through booking I booked for 3 adults and 1 child, and 2 rooms. I was not asked which room the child was staying in and the pictures suggested there might be a single bed in one of the rooms. Booking assumed the child would stay in the other double with my 78yr old dad🤷🏻‍♂️ When I asked for extra bed or bedding it was not available, not even a pillowcase! I was told to use one from the other room, ok no big deal. But this was also the same for towels, that was strange! The member of staff that welcomed us was hard to understand as he spoke so quickly, hard to explain really. But I had to explain everything again to my dad. He gave us his contact to book activities but was quite slow to respond, was quicker to walk to reception. Breakfast was ok but not great, the fried rice was very dry and the coffee not good quality.
