The apartment was as advertised, at the end of the Ag. Nikitas village, on a steep hill, but reachable by car - there is a parking space available.
The host was very friendly.
The sofas were very uncomfortable and, when extended, they occupy a some space in the room.
We managed to be there during a very hot period and it was very difficult to sleep. We could not leave the AC running the whole night as it blows directly over the sleeping sofas, and once you turn the AC off, in 1-2 hours is as hot as before. Also, sleeping with windows open is not an option as the road nearby is used all the night and it is a bit noisy.

Leuk appartement, mooie locatie. Wandeling naar het strand circa 10 minuten, was goed te doen. Aardige eigenaresse, zeer behulpzaam.
Helaas waren er in de omgeving bouwactiviteiten, dit zorgde soms voor overlast

L’appartement est grand, tranquille et bien situé à proximité du village de Agios Nikitas. Les hôtes sont très gentils et la communication est bonne.
Le lit n’est pas confortable. La salle de bain devrait être rafraîchie et le support à serviette était cassé dans la salle de bain. Il y a des fils au mur à l’entrée qui sont seulement recouverts par un couvercle en plastique en forme d’éléphant. Une arrivée autonome serait préférable.

The access to the small house is at the very end of the village of Agios Nikitas. Quiet area and a good view of nature and trees. The small house has all the necessities for decent living. There is a small TV, like a monitor, with only a few national programs. The landlady is always kind and available at every call or during a regular visit. Even furniture and other equipment’s were functional they are old, there is a need for restoration.
You have to take care of the hygiene in the rooms and the bathroom yourself, that's what we were told by the landlady, which I find inappropriate. From the road to the apartment-house you go along an uphill path, there are no stairs and there is no night lighting on the path, which is difficult even for vehicles.
