Quiet residential neighbourhood with easy access to buses and Skytrain. The room was beautiful and very clean and the bed was so comfortable!!!! All the little details like a MAC computer, big screen tv, coffee machine and mini fridge. I loved the design of the shower as it was built so you good sit down. John and Debbie really thought of everything.😀
Nothing really, but if you have trouble with stairs, you may have difficulty.

The property was very clean and the room had everything that I needed to stay for my business trip. Comfortable bed, TV where I can cast the YouTube, refrigerator, microwave, clean washroom. As I rented a car, the parking space was great and the commute to downtown was good. The host was also very welcoming and cares about your experience at Holland Villa. I won’t be able to find a better place with Airbnb!

The hosts and the room were exceptional. Lots of thoughtful details and amenities in the room, super attentive and friendly hosts who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, lovely room with a view, and an excellent location. I will definitely be staying there again and would recommend it highly 10/10+++

Clean, comfortable, freshly refurbished place. Plenty of bonus items included. If anything else is needed the kind hosts are keen to help.
It’s located deep in residential area, so the visitors had better either enjoy walking or rent a car.

The host, John, greeted us warmly and was eager to please. The room was a little cramped but extremely clean and had everything we required - coffee maker, microwave oven and fridge. it had gated parking. The property was only a 25 minute walk from the waterfront and plenty of shopping and restaurants.

The homeowners are very kind and special people. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The room shares the same entrance door as the homeowners and is located on the second floor of their home. They were very accommodating with leaving the front door unlocked for me, but I did have to call them a couple of times when they were out and ask them how to get in to my room.

John and Debbie were excellent hosts, warm and very friendly
Had difficulty with the television, couldn’t find the right channels to see the morning news. Not sure how Netflix or Amazon movies worked.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, safe - the four things you look for in a good lodging. John, the owner and host, was warm and welcoming, ready to assist in any way. Everything we were looking for.
Holland Villa is not smack in the centre of town, but it's a 10 minute walk to coffee shops and other retail establishments. Easy bus connections, too, to SkyTrain.

Very clean room and ensuite. Lots of extras we were not expecting (Mac computer, fridge, microwave, fluffy towels, comfortable bed)

Staying at Holland Villa was a different experience for us, as it is a guest house. The couple John and Debbie are very attentive and do everything to serve you well. The house is new, the room is cozy and with a good bathroom, the towels are of excellent quality. The room is equipped with an espresso machine, minibar, smart TV and computer. Windows with first-rate thermal and acoustic insulation. We miss a place to have breakfast. For those using public transport, the region has good access and it is easy to go to the subway station. Thank you John and Debbie, you are so welcoming and helpful. See you on a next journey!

The hosts of Holland Villa were fabulous. I was treated like royalty. First class all the way.
The room and the whole house were new and masterfully designed and kept.
I will certainly be planning my next stay here soon.

The owner lives on site and goes out of his way to be helpful and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, with excellent furnishings, especially the bed. Top end Apple computer provided. Very good coffee maker with plenty of supplies. Nice bathroom with shower big enough for two. Attractive and interesting art work everywhere. Quiet location.
A bit out of the way. So not somewhere you can easily walk to shops, etc. But it was a great place to stay.

Very nice, comfortable bed, new high quality furnishings all round. Quiet surroundings. Very friendly and helpful owner/operator on premises. No problem with our late arrival. Very good value!
