ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the most charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach. Within the Sunset Villas community, there is a private beach and pool less than 100 yards away. The Salty Perch is close to everything you'll love about 30A – restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and art galleries, and for those wanting to get out and explore nature, 30A has four State Parks, walking/biking trails and fifteen coastal dune lakes. It was a very beautiful home, everything was clean and set up. We enjoyed staying here and the 30a beach Gals was fast to respond with any help. I highly recommend staying at this house and would love to come back!

Everything was clean and beautiful. Clear and precise instructions for check in and out. Great location for beach access. Guards are kinda weird but I think it's just how the locals are. Staff at 30a beach girls communicate frequently and answered all questions. We lucked out and was here for their last few bonfires. We got to attend 2, so much fun!

Amazing stay. Managers at 30a beach girls were very professional and assisted with airport pick up and grocery delivery. The free bonfire they included was icing on the cake. Home was clean and beautiful.

Birthday trip!!! My girlfriend and I took a little road-trip from Texas to 30a to celebrate our birthdays with a few friends! 30 only happens once!! We were thrilled with everything about this cottage! So, so cute and everything and more we could have asked for. The inside is just perfect! So sunny, clean and nicely decorated ..very welcoming with all the amenities you could ask for! The balcony complete with wonderful beach scents and outdoor surroundings just perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and evening beverage. Joy and Hollie answered all of my last minute questions within seconds (though they'd already provided all the info to me previously lol) Great little neighborhood with lots of dining and shopping choices. Our stay here was the highlight of the trip! They included a bonfire and surprised us with cupcakes for our birthdays! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great place and location. Everyone at 30a Beach Girls was extremely friendly and responsive to our questions. It worked out very well for our needs. Comfortable, very clean and cozy. Thank you for the bonfire kids are still begging for a fire put at home now. Would rent again. Only comment, says view but there really isn't, it's a small sliver of water. lol but hey I guess everyone has their version of what a view is.

I feel so lucky to come across this home. It fit all our needs , was immaculate, perfect location and super family friendly. As a mom those are all things that mark a perfect stay. The host Hollie and Joy was super informative and thorough. We had the absolute best time and can't wait to go back this fall.

Loved the location and out time away was perfect. Beautifully decorated place south of 30A and a short stroll over to Rosemary, Alys or Seacrest beach for dinner and drinks. Bikes were provided and so fun to ride around the area. Enjoyed morning coffee and our afternoon cocktails on the top porch with a view of the ocean and loved the ocean breezes. Excellent communication with 30-A beach girls made our trip easy and we appreciated the follow up and updated during our stay. House had everything we needed and we loved the coastal theme. The Villas at Sunset Beach is a small gated community south of 30A right in the middle of everything. Perfect location and we will be back.

Perfect location for your beach getaway. Steps to the beach and just a short stroll to Alys or Rosemary villages. Beautifully decorated and a great seaside motif made us very comfortable and relaxed. Enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee on the top porch with the breezes and a view of the ocean. We will be back!

Wonderful experience
This was our first time to Rosemary Beach. Everything we have read was true. An absolute awesome experience on 30a. This property is perfectly located, clean, and well appointed for our family of 6 consisting of 3 older teenage girls and a 9 yo boy.
The crowded beach is an understatement. You have to wake up at 5 AM to put your chair by the water in order to have a space. However, I did call the sheriffs office who said that all the beaches are public and the vendors do not have a legal right to chase you off. No matter what they say about having deeded private property and they will prosecute you and call the sheriff, put your chair down and your umbrella and tell them to call the sheriff. The sheriffs office will tell you the vendors/security do not have any legal authority to remove you from anywhere on the beach . I will say if you go down to the beach and turn right and go sit in front of the houses just at the high tideline, no one will bother you. It was worth it and over the week when people saw us sitting down there others begin to join. Do not let the vendors ruin your vacation by forcing you onto a sliver of the beach that they don’t have the legal rights to. They will get very aggressive, like yelling in your face and picking up their phone to dial the sheriffs, but just look at them calmly and smile and tell them to call the sheriffs department, you were happy to meet a deputy. Occasionally the deputy will show up to ‘mediate’ but can not make you move. They will tell them vendor sorry, we can’t make them move. Watch the vendors blood boil in the hot, beautiful, emerald coast sun.

The house had everything you could want including beach chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to pull it.
Make sure to bring your own beach towels and groceries, and keep the wristband on at all times when walking around. Their security for the complex is excellent, just make sure they know you’re staying there with the wristbands! 😁

Fantastic location but could use a few improvements
The best thing, by far, about this property is it's location - about 200 yards from the beach. We absolutely loved the proximity and took advantage.
The house in general is nicely decorated, although the white furniture (the living room chair in particular) could use a good steam clean. The master bedroom really needs curtains in addition to the shades. The sunlight starts streaming in at 5:30/6:00 making sleeping in all but impossible. Also very disappointed that there are not beach towels provided, which I find very strange for a house so close to the beach. Not a big deal for people driving in, but those coming by plane need to purchase them which adds not only expense, but hassle.
My biggest frustration was with the property management. I reached out via text and messing to confirm whether there were bikes on the property or not. One response said yes and the other said no. And a voicemail I left to try to clear it up was never returned. Thankfully, there were three bikes there that we really enjoyed using and I was thankful that it wasn't another that I erroneously paid for in advance.
There was also no mention of the fact that there ARE beach chairs on the property, so I'm pretty annoyed that we spent nearly $300 to rent them for the weekend, after finding the chairs too late to cancel the rental. Finally, the day before check-in, I received a call from the property management confirming check in and I told them it would be about 8:00/8:30 pm. There was no mention of what we were to do if the security guard wasn't there and the gate was locked. After a call to the answering service we were finally able to get into the house, but I think "after hours" check-in instructions should be a bit more thorough.
All of that being said we would stay in this property again if curtains were added to the master bedroom.

Perfect location and size for our family of 5!
We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! We will be coming again! There was a small mix-up at the front gate when we arrived. They didn’t have our name on their list but i just told them our house number and they let us on in to give it a try.
There was NO hand soap in the whole house.
There were lots of sand toys, boogie boards and toys that were left behind for us to use!
We tried to get ahold of Kerry at the beach umbrella rental company that was provided to us, but he never returned our call. Luckily, we showed up to the beach the first day and they had a couple umbrellas available. Or else we would have been stranded without chairs or unbrellas!
All in all…it was a great week!

After many FL panhandle beach vacations, Rosemary Beach is our favorite. Beautiful beaches, easy access with a great shopping and dining experience, all within walking distance. Our VRBO rental was ideal, comfortable and clean. Once we had the refrigerator full of food, there was little reason to leave until the end of our stay. Highly recommend location and accommodations.

There were some things that were bothersome. Their was no propane in tank for our chef to cook with. I called property manager 3xs to get this fixed and did finally receive a call back saying they had other emergencies and we could go purchase our own propane and they would reimburse us. ( I did not like that at all- especially after paying the VRBO fee)
Secondly, some black out blinds should be installed. The sun rises at 6am and both bedrooms are extremely bright. ( everyone should be able to enjoy sleeping in).
Other than that, it was a very lovely stay. The beach toys were accessible and outdoor shower was convenient.
