The stay was good and pleasant.

I didnt expect the hotel to be that great while booking it, but to my surprise it was actually decent. The room was big enough and most importantly, it was clean

They didnt have a clothes iron which was a serious red flag

Staff is proud of not being pleasant

There is no staff only 2 waiters that are for everything….. you ask for any small thing there is long wait.

When I reached I saw the room it was dirty I asked them to change bed sheets and everything they took ages and then when I asked at desk that please get it done they were complacent that people are righting great reviews u can change the hotel if u like …. U don’t teach us how service is done….

Only the Tea and Paratha are good.

Food, Cleanliness, location is very poor, very far of about 24km from Airport, room is not as per price. Food quality are nor good and tasty as these are very expensive.

very low class

the room was very much low class and the toilets were very average...specially people were smoking in the foyer and the windows didn't have any mosquito nets...it is a very low class hotel trying to fool people with the fake pictures on the net

the window had no ventilation and no mosquito nets also the view outside was pathetic as well as no hot kettle and no towel and soap in the bathroom

Very near to railway station, neat and clean …cooperative staff . Food quality is good

Food service is very slow . My food bill was xxx-821. I could not understand the figure 821. Everything (food , snacks etc) was in multiple of five, so I can’t understand figure of 821.

Very good

Everything was good and comfortable stayed. I have good experience of my first stay.

I felt price is little bit over . I paid 1800 for one night and even they didn't provide the water bottle and i paid extra for it. I think it should be good under 1500 price.

Great Value for money. Very good food.

Food at the Red apple was excellent. It is great as a stop over hotel as it is very close to the railway station.

Approach road to the hotel is not good at all. But the positive is that the autos from the railway station knew the location!
