L’apartament es monissim i super ben equipat, molt cómode i pràctic. Amb un super al costat i una bolangerie. A 15’ del passeig de la platja.
El carrer on està situat però només es aquell carrer, la resta fantàstic.

Great location almost next to the harbour, but just around the corner so it was quiet and there was no passing traffic or disturbance. Great airconditioning kept it cool and comfortable even in the mid-summer heat outdoors.
Supermarket close and ofcourse all the services and restaurants (and diving) of the harbour area. Short walk also to the castle hill, Vieux-Nice etc.
Overall it was really comfortable and value for money also

It's near to marine and you can catch easy buss to eze or monaco.
It's hard to unlock the front door, and we try around 30 minutes. The apartment is old and hot (air conditioner doesn'tworkwell). When we tried to make a coffee in the morning, the coffee machine was not cleaned and had mold inside.
