The staff were friendly, they had a genuine interest in checking if we okay and also being there for us if we need anything, the water at the shower is perfect, there’s an extra blanket in the room if you need one. The Bed is way more too comfortable. And also not forgetting the fact that there is a braai area and also a kitchen with pots to cook.
There was no shower cap.

the room was comfortable and the internet was good. The receptionist was pleasant and tried to make my stay comfortable under the circumstances. She also showed me the rooms and gave me the option of which one to stay in.
At first arriving at the property there was no sign on the outside boundary wall indicating that it was indeed the correct place. The area the property is situated in is a bit dodgy and makes one feel unsafe. The photos of the property on bookings.com must be old photos , as the property was not well maintained. Plaster was coming off the walls , the doors of the rooms weren't nice , the floors aren't tiled but epoxy flooring and not well done as the epoxy was scraped on the bottoms of the walls. The blinds in the room I stayed in was ugly and damaged. The pool was not clean. The first few days I was not provided a gate remote , and I had to rely on staff to open the gate - of which they weren't available early in the morning which made me late.
