Todo perfecto. La ubicaciĂłn, parking gratuito a 50 m junto al barrio de la cerámica,la restauraciĂłn del edificio es increĂble, habitaciĂłn grande y limpĂsima, terraza en la parte alta q es preciosa y delicioso desayuno preparado al momento. Y no puedo olvidarme de Teresa, nuestra anfitriona y alma de Le Maioliche que hace q la estancia sea perfecta. Agradecer tambiĂ©n a Donato, su hijo, q nos reservĂł para cenar en La Capasa y donde disfrutamos de su deliciosa cocina local. Y Grottaglie es una ciudad para disfrutar paseando. Para volver.

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato a Le MAIOLICHE accolti dalla gentilezza e disponibilitĂ della simpatica proprietaria .
La struttura è bellissima, molto curata in ogni particolare ha anche una deliziosa terrazza a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti; tutto ristrutturato con attenzione rispettando la tradizione del luogo.
Posizione eccezionale in pieno centro storico praticamente sulla strada delle ceramiche è un luogo nel quale consiglio senz'altro di soggiornare per rilassarsi.

the renovation of the rooms and the cleaning
The room was super super super hot. A truly hell. Even if the owner says the air conditioning as a motion detector because of the government or I don’t know what, the true is that the air conditioning should have been on for a few hours before our arrival. We couldn’t sleep at all; and even with the air conditioning on, the machine the didn’t have enough power for the space. We turned off in the morning to open the windows as it was hotter inside than outside.
The best was the owner telling us that she had order the breakfast the night before and we arrive the morning we had no words. A half a peach for each one, a few grapes, a croissant that was heated up in the microwave and small packs of Nutella, butter and cookies. No iogurtes, no bread, juice, cheese or ham, anything. A poor breakfast that I was wondering when was it ordered. Almost a joke.
I don’t think they should charge what they charge per night. Even if you stay for one night you have to check out at 11 am and you have no place where to leave the bags…. As we wanted to visit the city and do some shopping, we had to left the luggage in the car with more than 30 degrees.
I also didn’t appreciate a kind of control; we should feel that we are home and not in someone’s place.
