Property was secure for a single female and within walking distance to colleges, food and shopping.
Beds were not very comfy; as an American I’m used to a top sheet on the bed. It was only fitted sheet and scratchy comforter and very flat, lumpy pillows. Also didn’t realize how noisy it would be at night with window. Road traffic is very loud and door has to be open to stay cool in warmer months. The air temp could not be changed-

It's a bright, warm apartment and felt safe.
We were met promptly to receive keys.
Nice to have two bathrooms and plenty of seating space.
All appliances that we used, worked and did the job. Good showers.
Noise - neighbors had parties on 2 out of 3 nights that we have stayed. The windows of both bedrooms were directly onto a very busy road, but you didn't get easy access to town because you have to walk all the way back to the other side of estate and come round it to get out onto that road.
Cleanliness - I had to soak and scrub pans before use as had bits of dried up food on them. Wine glasses had lipstick marks. Bed sheets in one of rooms smelled.
Facilities - lack of shelving in both bathrooms, nowhere sensible to put toiletries. All of the frying pans had the non-stick layer horribly scratched, this stuff leaks toxins into food and is not safe to cook with. Leaky kettle. Toilet seat attached by just one screw, moving about.

Very comfortable, parking is great handy walk to Dockside. Loved having 2 bathrooms.
We didn't hear from our host all day when messaging regarding our arrival which made us nervous but it was all ok in the end.

Having two bathrooms and two parking spaces was handy.
The camera on the door, felt privacy invaded. Having to meet the person and shown round is not what I want after a long journey and wouldn’t choose a property with this again, a lock box or so is needed. As a lone female before friends arrived it felt uneasy. Balcony door smashed and not advised beforehand, busy noisy road outside bedrooms. Curtains let light through. No tv in bedrooms.
