There is plenty of covered shade and seating. The inground pool features 4 barstools in the pool and a large sun deck area perfect for little ones or catching some rays. We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property! It was perfect for our families with older kids and exactly as described in the pictures. If you want a break from the pool and lovely outdoor space- it’s an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Rob and Nadine were super responsive and put a lot of love into making their home a great getaway place.

Pros: Villa was very clean and stocked well with hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Appreciated supply of beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, and cooler. Both indoor and outdoor tables accommodated our large group for meals. Within walking distance of Palm Beach, restaurants, bars, and casinos. Our party of 10 each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The detached rooms were perfect for teens. The pool and spa were very nice including the beach chairs. Grill came in very handy for our large group for meals. The onsite parking in front of the house was very convenient. Cons: Communication with Nadine and Rob – not very responsive on VRBO but was through WhatsApp. Need additional seating in the living room for larger groups. Only accommodates a maximum of 4 individuals. Outdoor seating needs to be updated, cushions are very faded, thin, and uncomfortable. The outdoor swing rope was frayed and is a safety hazard. Lots of chlorine in the pool, swimsuits faded due to the level. There was no basketball hoop as shown in the pool photo. Our kids were very disappointed. Needs to be at least one additional blanket in each room for use. One outdoor ceiling fan light fixture was broken and was not operating properly. The front (fish on wall) bedroom dresser came away from the wall when drawers were open and is a safety hazard. The toilet in this room also makes a high-pitched squealing noise when the shutoff value is fully open.

The property was great! Looked just as it was listed and was so clean. Communication with Nadine and Rob was easy and they responded so quickly. Property was so close to bars and restaurants. Overall was a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

We were a group of 7 from 12 years old to 70's and there was more than enough room. The house was spotless and looked like everything was brand new. Roku tvs in each room were a nice touch and the wifi service was good. It is a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants in Palm Beach. The house comes with a ton of beach chairs and floats. There are 6 king size beds. 2 of the rooms are detached and have their own outside entrances, so this is prefect for anyone needing privacy. We messaged the owner twoce about 2 very minor things and he replied within 5 minutes, the communication was excelllent and he checked in to see if we needed anything. The backyard has a njce pool, lounge chairs and a grill. We definitely recommend this property.

House is in easy walking distance of hotels, bars, restaurants and beaches. However, strongly recommend getting a car if you want to explore the island. We rented bikes but the roads on Aruba are not bike friendly. There are some good bike paths in the area but they did not connect to the Palm Beach neighborhood. Many of the roads are narrow with no shoulder or sidewalks that end abruptly.

Beautiful house with all the amenities you could ask for. The location was within walking distance to Palm Beach - even with two toddlers. The pool was just the right size - the kids loved it. Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay. Nadine, the property manager was fantastic and very responsive to our questions and needs.

The property managers were EXCEPTIONAL to work with all throughout the process even answering ?s months ahead of our trip. Loved the space perfect for our bachelorette group. 10/10 would recommend

Check in was extremely easy and when there was a minor issue with a blown fuse Rob was very quick to help with it. The pool has both shade and sun and you can easily walk to the better non-tourist trap places to eat (or straight to the tourist zone if you prefer that). Palm beach is a very short walk and the location also lets you easily get out to the less populated beaches as well.

Last minute booking for a quick getaway at a beautiful villa in Palm Beach! Definitely suits it’s name (Summer Fun Villa) everything was as advertised, spacious, super clean and well equipped. Loved the accessible outdoor games while hanging by the pool. Rob & Nadine were amazing hosts super accommodating and very responsive. Location was KEY- walking distance to the beach, restaurants and more! I can recommend this place and host with not reservation. Can’t wait to book my next stay!
