A localização é boa.

No anúncio consta que a hospedagem possui estacionamento, porém, após o término do período de cancelamento gratuito, a proprietária entrou em contato informando que as vagas são limitadas e disponibilizadas por ordem de chegada. Essa informação não consta no anúncio e nos deixa receosos de sair com o carro para conhecer a cidade e, ao retornar, não encontrar uma vaga disponível. Outro ponto é a proibição de frituras, que também só foi informada após o término do período de cancelamento gratuito. Consideramos que informações importantes como essas deveriam estar claramente descritas no anúncio antes da reserva, para que o hóspede possa tomar sua decisão de forma consciente. A falta dessas informações no anúncio deixa bastante a desejar e acaba gerando insegurança e desconforto após a reserva.
