The best for me was the superb hosts. They were always prompt in response and proactive with any issues and they weren’t many. The location couldn’t be matched as some main attractions were either walkable or a short drive away. The property is within easy walking distances to good restaurants and bars. The beautiful promenade is just steps away. The large communal pool was clean and very pleasant to relax in. The flat also was very roomy, well equipped and here were beautiful views of the sea and promenade from the bedrooms and living/dining areas. There was a secure car park where I had no problem finding a space at any time.
There wasn’t anything about the property itself that would prevent me from staying again or would detract from the general comfort of being there. Everything works. There were minor aesthetics that are obviously part of an ongoing project. There is some traffic noise from the road, but it didn’t bother me and it was a natural consequence of being so centrally and hence so conveniently located. The external communal areas within the building could do with a spruce up, but that responsibility was more the management company that oversees the whole development.

Approximity to beach and town plus small local supermarket
The noise from the road. The oven was very temperamental and there was no microwave. There were no casserole dishes or can opener.
