The villa was very spacious with a bathroom for each bedroom but not en-suite which wasn’t a problem at all. The villa was very clean and had all the facilities you would need or want. The pool was large and very clean and the pool man can every day to collect rubbish and recyclables and check the pool
The location was as good as the brochure and reviews said. About 100m from a small quiet beach and about 150m down the road outside to a larger quiet beach. Only about 200m from the main road to a good supermarket and a couple of restaurants and bus stop to Corfu town. The owner Leon was incredibly kind and generous and knew lots of good places to go.

The fact that we were allowed very early checkin. The villa setup, the facilities, the proximity to everything, the private beach along with the accessories like paddle boats and kayaks with which we had a lot of fun. The fact that the cleaning lady and her husband would be every 2 days or so taking care that the trash is picked up, the barbecue area was cleaned along with the jacuzzi and the swimming pool.
But above all, the host, Leonidas was the best host I every met, always attentive, in contact and helpful to our needs or requests.
The only thing that travelers should be paying attention to is not related to the villa, but more to Uber as they were highly unprofessional. Even if we booked a car with 12h prior to our leaving and we got a confirmation from them that a car has been reserved for 5:45 AM, we had no message and we waited until 6 AM when we were told that there is no car and that's it. When we arrived we found trips from the airport to the location very easily via Uber, so we thought it won't be any issue for the return trip. Luckily our family came by car and they dropped us of as we were not able to find any Uber around.

Leonidas ist ein wunderbarer und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. :-)
Das Haus hat sämtliche Erwartungen noch übertroffen und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, welche man sich wünschen könnte. Zudem befindet sich das Haus in sehr kurzer Gehdistanz zum Meer (< 1 Min) und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für alles Leonidas, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder wenn wir in Korfu sind! :-)

Leonidas the host could not be more helpful with directions and places to eat or visit. We were a group of 11 and still had loads of external and internal space. The swimming pool was a must and a brilliant part of the property, there was a fantastic little beach a hundred yards down a quiet road with trees for shade and a welcome breeze. A good selection of restaurants and cafe/bars to find a night out not far from the villa.
