You’ll feel as though you are nestled amongst the treetops in this cozy attic space. There are stunning water views of Boothbay Harbor from the living room, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking or kayaking. This suite sleeps two people and is outfitted with a king size bed. The living room is equipped with a Roku television and WIFI is included. There is one parking spot provided; street parking is limited to two hours. The backyard is shared with the adjacent units, which may be occupied during your stay. A short ten minute drive away is renowned Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, you’ll be enchanted by the beautiful foliage and troll sculptures. There are over 30 restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance for you to enjoy.

We fell in love with Boothbay Harbor and our VRBO was right in the middle of it all. The bed was super comfortable, space was tidy and our hosts were lovely! Highly recommend this perfect location.

In town and very convenient to restaurants and shops. If we ever come back I wouldn't rent the third level. But other than that it was very nice. Everything was in working order.

Enjoyed an entire week in this adorable space. The vintage window is a sweet lens from which to view the sunrise over the harbor. No full kitchen needed when SO many fun eateries are steps away!

We loved our stay! You couldn’t ask for a better location, and we were able to walk everywhere. Our hosts were lovely and responsive. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the parlor overlooking the harbor. Definitely going back again!!! We had a great time.

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was a great, quiet stay and there were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The botanical gardens are a must-see as the listing suggests and only about 10 minutes away.

This historic house was just what we wanted in a trip to Boothbay Harbor! It was a cozy, adorably decorated, cottage-like, very comfortable “room with a view.” We were right in the middle of everything with easy walks to restaurants, shops and outdoor activities! Other highlights included super-friendly and helpful hosts, awesome king sized bed, Keurig coffee maker, new tv and plenty of outlets. Great stay!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and we couldn’t of been happier with the stay. We walked in to a very clean and cute apartment that had the perfect amount of space for the two of us. The location is perfect to just walk out the door and be in the heart of the harbor with restaurants, shops and activities all right there. Julie was so nice and responsive to our questions. Would love to stay there again in the future.

This new location right across the street from the harbor offers all the charm and quaintness you would expect in a small town. Julie and Steve are wonderful and were very responsive when we locked ourselves out the first night🤦🏻‍♀️. The bed is a dream and the sights and sounds of the harbor are right out your window!!!! We were so enamored with our stay we are planning to come back on our way back to Boston. Great location walkable to the best of BoothBay! We will definitely be back. Thanks guys for a memorable vacation.

Great location (with parking…a premium in an area where parking is in demand). Property was clean and neat. Owner provided all needed info and promptly. This property has a terrific view of the harbor. The stairs going up to the property require your attention, but that’s no big deal (steep) unless you’re disabled or have difficulty climbing stairs generally. Reasonably priced, too. All in all, a very comfortable and enjoyable spot.
