Location was very central to government offices and business district. Staff were for the most part friendly, although upon check-in the receiptionist decided to have a 10 minute conversation on the phone while in the middle of checking me in to my room. Sheets were clean and white. Very fast check out.

Towels too old! Air conditioner did not work until I requested it to be serviced,twice! Corridor carpets need to be replaced. Not everything was on the evening dinner menu. Safe did not lock. Common areas did not smell fresh.
