The room was very clean and spacious as was the bathroom and shower. Demitri was great to work with to reserve an additional room for my son. The laundry facilities were clean, efficient and new.
Thought the couch bed in the Mezzanine room wasn't suitable for sleeping and shouldn't be listed as such. Tried to sleep on it on the first night and it wasn't comfortable. Had to spend an additional £2,900 for an additional room to accommodate a second person.

The location was wonderful. Front desk was very nice and helpful. I love that I had access to a washing machine. Overall it was great, I would definitely stay here again if I come back to London.
I don't think there's anything you can really do for this but I was able to hear the gentleman in the room next door snoring. He may just be the worlds heaviest snoring man.
